1. Digital Products

Because AICVMakers.in offers digital products (PDF resumes generated instantly via AI), all sales are generally considered final once the AI generation process has completed and the document is delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

We will issue a full refund within 7 days of your purchase if:

• The system encountered a technical error and failed to generate your CV.
• You were incorrectly charged multiple times for a single transaction.
• The delivered PDF is entirely blank or corrupted due to a server fault.

3. Cancellation

As our service operates on a pay-per-tier or lifetime access model rather than a recurring subscription, cancellation of a specific CV generation request is not possible once the payment is processed. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
